North Flagler Drive · West Palm Beach
Close to the city, closer to the water.
On a residential stretch of the Intracoastal, the residences face Palm Beach Island, with downtown close behind.
A quiet stretch of the waterway
North of downtown, North Flagler Drive becomes a residential street that runs beside the Intracoastal, and the residences take their place along it, facing east across the water.
Palm Beach Island lies on the far shore, close enough to read as a neighbor, with the Atlantic beyond it. The residences’ own description calls the setting “a thoughtful blend of coastal ease and city sophistication”, and that is how it feels from a terrace: the shoreline in front, the city within reach behind.
Arrival is from North Flagler Drive, beneath the porte-cochère and the tabebuias of the garden.
What lies within reach
Seen from the Intracoastal
From the water the residences read as one figure: a slender tower rising from gardens and a private shore, at the very edge of the waterway.
The podium unfolds toward the water and the tower rises from it in four slender volumes, so that from the waterway the building seems to step down to meet you.
A private dock is planned, subject to approvals.
A presentation, close to the water
A MILLION advisor can take you through the setting, the neighbors and the residences in a single private presentation, arranged at a time that suits you.
