Governing Law and Courts

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you and we submit to the jurisdiction of those courts.
If you use the Service as a consumer, nothing in these Terms deprives you of the protection of the mandatory laws of the country or state where you live, including any right under those laws to bring a claim in, or to be sued only in, the courts where you live.
