The garden-level pool at sunset framed by palms, lanterns lit along its edge and the Intracoastal Waterway beyond

The private shore · Garden level

The afternoon belongs to the shore.

An infinity pool among the palms, a private shore on the Intracoastal and dinner served at the water’s edge.

A pool that runs to the waterway

At garden level the pool ends in an infinity edge, so that its surface seems to carry on into the Intracoastal. There is a bar beside it, cabanas for the shade and loungers along its length, with palms all around.

It is the pool for the long middle of the day — a swim, a lunch, an hour with a book — while the rooftop keeps the early mornings and the late light.

Sand underfoot, the city behind you

The shore is shaped like a beach, with loungers and umbrellas on the sand, and it is kept for the residents alone.

A waterside promenade follows it past the gardens, and from the podium a helical stair turns slowly down to the terrace at the shore — one of the gestures that make the building sculptural at close range as well as from the water.

A private dock is planned, subject to approvals.

Service that knows the house

The residential team is formed by Mandarin Oriental and on duty around the clock, from the front door to the shore.

At the door
Valet day and night, and two house cars for a lunch on the island or a meeting downtown.
In the house
A Director of Residences and a Lifestyle Concierge, with housekeeping offered à la carte.
At the table
In-residence dining, and dinner at the water’s edge, both served by Mandarin Oriental.
While you are away
The home looked after in your absence and made ready before you return, down to the details you leave word about.

Security is present day and night, quietly. The manner of it all goes back to The Oriental in Bangkok, opened in 1876, and The Mandarin in Hong Kong, opened in 1963.
